Important note Instead of paying employees in 14 installments, as is typical in Spain, Plane agrees with its employees to pay salaries in 12 installments per year. For instance, if an employee's yearly salary is €30,000, paying in 12 installments would result in a monthly payment of €2,500. On the other hand, paying in 14 installments would result in a payment of €2,142 per salary. This includes the 12 monthly salaries, with the 13th salary in June and the 14th in December. This approach ensures compliance with Spanish labor laws while providing employees with a stable and predictable income.

Important note In 2021, the Spanish government introduced a new policy that provides a work-from-home allowance for remote workers who primarily work from home. The allowance is €50 per month gross, and it helps cover expenses related to home office equipment, internet and phone bills, and other costs associated with remote work. If an employee's contract comes to an end, they may be eligible to receive compensation related to this allowance.
